摘要
中国高等教育在逐步实现大众化教育过程中,聋人大学生就业也受到了严峻挑战,出现了就业难的局面,该局面在一定程度上反映了我国聋人高等教育人才培养模式与社会需求不相适应。文章针对此问题,提出了以就业为导向的人才培养模式改革思路:目标上要树立创新型、技术型的人才培养目标;内容上切实加强聋人大学生的通识教育、培养健全的人格;策略上根据就业市场需求,拓宽专业口径;打造专业化的就业指导教师队伍;加强实践教学,重视聋生实践能力的提高。
During the process of realization of popular education in China's higher education, deaf college students' employment has also suffered from severe challenges, which arises the difficult situation of employment. To a certain extent, the situation reflects our country higher education personnel training mode of the deaf doesn't fit the social demands. Aiming at this problem, this paper puts forward the thought of personal training mode reform oriented by employment. For the target innovative, skilled personnel training goal must be set up; as to content, we need to strengthen the general education of deaf college students, and cultivate a sound personality; for strategy, we need to add new professional according the market and to build professional career guidance team, and to strengthen the practice teaching, and to pay attention to improve the deaf students' practice ability.
