“卓越教师培养计划”旨在教师教育革故鼎新——从我国高校培养小学“全科教师”谈起 被引量:40

摘要 教师教育是教育事业的工作母机,有高质量的教师教育,才有高水平的教师队伍。过去,我国教师教育办学层次不断提升,教育体系逐步完善,培养了大批合格教师。现在,社会经济发展对教师的要求,已由量的满足向质的提高转变。为适应社会发展对教师的新要求,推动教师教育综合改革,全面提升教师培养质量,我国启动了"卓越教师培养计划"。该计划旨在革故鼎新教师教育,解决教师培养的适应性和针对性不强等一系列问题,并不是人们普遍认为的培养卓越教师。 Teacher education is the machine-tool of education.Only by developing high-quality teacher education could we have high-quality teaching staff.In the past,teacher education in China has improved its schoolrunning level,gradually perfected the educational system,and thus trained large quantities of qualified teachers.Now,the social requirement for teachers has already changed from "large quantity"to"high quality".Excellent teacher training plan is thus initiated to meet the new requirement,to promote the comprehensive reform of teacher education,and to improve the overall quality of teaching training.This plan aims at the complete reform of teacher education,and attempts to solve such problems as narrowing the gap between teacher training offered and the requirements in real instruction situation;it does not aim at training"excellent teacher"as people generally understand.
