摘要
青年教师是教学的主力军,也是教育教学的继承者和开拓者,因此药理学青年教师的培养对药理学科的发展至关重要。结合药理学专业的特点,从实际出发,着重从知识结构、创新人格、科研与教学紧密联系及新教学方法等四个方面,阐述提升药理学青年教师创新能力,以期提高药理学教学质量,更好地为教育事业服务。
Young teachers are the main force of teaching. The training of young teachers is the most important to the development of pharmacology. Combined with the feature of pharmacology, structure of knowledge, innovative personality, the relationship of educa- tion and research, experience of training innovative ability of young teachers was discussed in order to improve the quality of pharma- cological education.
