王琦教授辨血瘀体质论治疾病的临床思路

Analysis on Clinical Thinking of Professor WANG Qi in Treating Diseases by Differentiation of Blood Stasis Constitution

王琦教授作为国医大师、中医体质学科的创建人,在50余年的临床实践中积累了大量宝贵经验,形成了"辨体-辨病-辨证"的诊疗模式,充分体现了以人为本、注重个体差异的治疗思想。着眼于血瘀体质,从辨体-辨病-辨证,治疗原则与要点,方药应用,疗效评价方面对王琦教授辨血瘀体质论治疾病的临床思想做一分析,以期从中总结点滴经验,利于更好地掌握王琦教授以体质为本、以体质为核心的临证思想。

As the master of Chinese medicine and the founder of TCM constitution subject,Professor WANG Qihas accumulated a lot of valuable experience in more than 50 years＇ clinical practice and formed a kind of medical model named constitutionsdifferentiation- symptoms differentiation- diseasesdifferentiation. This medical model fully embodied the ideas that pay attention to patients and individual differences. In this paper,the clinical thinking of Professor WANG Qi in treating diseases by differentiation of blood stasis constitution was analyzed from constitutionsdifferentiation- symptoms differentiation- diseasesdifferentiation,the principle and key points of treatment,application of the prescription and efficacy evaluation. The aim was to gain experience and to better study and apply the clinical thinking of Professor WANG Qi.
