基于中医传承辅助系统的中医药治疗原发性肝癌方剂的组方规律分析

Analysis on Composition Principles of Prescriptions for Primary Hepatic Carcinoma by Using Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance System

基于中医传承辅助系统(v2.50)软件,分析中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)中以中医药方剂治疗原发性肝癌的组方用药规律。收集中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)中中医药方剂治疗肝癌的相关文献,采用软件集成的数据挖掘方法,对筛选出治疗肝癌的处方进行组方规律分析。分析筛选出符合要求的199个治疗肝癌的处方,确定了处方中药物出现的频次,常用药对及组合以及药物间的关联结构。中医传承辅助系统可以用于方剂组方规律的分析,为临床用药和新药开发提供依据。

Analysis on composition principles of prescriptions for primary hepatic carcinoma collected from Chinese Journal Full- text Database（ CNKI） was carried on by using Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance System. The prescriptions used for primary hepatic carcinoma were collected from Chinese Journal Full- text Database and we analyzed the composition principles of the prescriptions by using traditional Chinese medicine inheritance system. Based on the analysis of 1 9 9 cases of prescriptions used for primary hepatic carcinoma,the frequency of each herb included in the database was computed and core combinations of herbs and relationship framework between herbs were mined from thedatabase. Traditional Chinese medicine inheritance system can be used for the analysis about the composition principles of the prescriptions,providing the basis for clinical medication and new drug development.
