基于聚类分析法的大肠癌术后患者中医用药规律研究

Traditional Chinese Medicine Regularity for Colorectal Cancer Patients Based on Cluster Analysis

目的:探索大肠癌术后患者用药的聚集现象,从中发现和探索客观地组方用药规律。方法:运用SPSS 19.0导入数据,使用分析功能中的系统聚类法之中的组间联接法,区间使用Pearson相关性,将挑选出的高频中药作为变量,进行聚类分析。结果:对200例大肠癌术后患者长期服用的基础方进行扶正用药频次分析,共使用224味中药,药味总频次3782次;对94例大肠癌术后患者长期服用的基础方进行祛邪用药频次分析,共使用232味中药,药味总频次1565次;对135例大肠癌术后患者长期服用的基础方进行扶正祛邪用药频次分析,共使用242味中药,药味总频次2689次。结论:为提高大肠癌术后患者无病生存期(DFS),改善生活质量,扶正抗癌贯穿始终,在扶正组中,补虚药以健脾药为主,主要为白术、黄芪、党参、山药;在祛邪组中,理气药以理气化痰为主,主要为陈皮、半夏;清热药主要以清热消痈为主,主要为蛇舌草、藤梨根;在扶正祛邪组中,补虚药以健脾药为主,主要为白术、薏苡仁、黄芪、党参。理气药以理气化痰为主,主要为陈皮、半夏;清热药以清热消痈为主,主要为蛇舌草、野葡萄藤、藤梨根。

Objective： To explore the aggregation of traditional Chinese medicine for colorectal cancer patients in order to discover and explore the traditional Chinese medicine regularity. Methods： Use between- groups linkage of cluster method and pearson correlation of interval measure by SPSS 19. 0. Results： A total 224 herbs used in 200 colorectal cancer patients were strengthening the vital- Qi traditional Chinese medicine after a long- term use. A total of 232 herbs used in 94 colorectal cancer patients were expelling evils traditional Chinese medicine after a long- term use. Conclusion： In vital- Qi- strengthening group,the main herbs of strengthing spleen are Baizhu,Huangqi,Dangshen and Shanyao. In evils- expelling group,the main herbs of regulating Qi are Chenpi and Banxia. The main herbs of clearing heat are Sheshecao and Tengligen. In vital- Qi- strengthening and expelling- evils groups,the main herbs of strengthenging spleen are Baizhu,Yiyiren,Huangqi and Dangshen. The main herbs of regulating Qi are Chenpi and Banxia. The main herbs of clearing heat are Sheshecao,Yeputaoteng and Tengligen. Using the traditional Chinese medicine in order to improve the colorectal cancer patients disease- free survival（ DFS） can improve the quality of life.
