中医治疗肺癌咳嗽临床研究

Study of Traditional Chinese Medicine on Cough Patients with Lung Cancer

目的:综述中医内治、外治、内外同治及中医食疗方治疗肺癌,改善肺癌咳嗽症状的相关文献,为寻求简、便、效、廉的肺癌咳嗽治疗方式提供思路和参考。方法:从Pub Med、中国知网、维普、万方数据库中查阅近几年关于中医药治疗肺癌咳嗽的相关文献资料,进行分析、归纳总结。结果:中成药、有效方、中药敷贴、穴位埋线、中医食疗等中医治疗手段均能有效改善肺癌咳嗽症状,与西医结合治疗还能减轻放化疗带来的不良反应,提高患者生活质量。结论:中医治疗肺癌咳嗽疗效显著,具有广阔的发展前景,值得推广。

Objective： To provide ideas and reference for seeking simple,convenient,efficient and inexpensive way to treat lung cancer cough,we reviewed the related literature about traditional Chinese medicine on lung cancer,especially the patients who have severe cough. Methods： This study collected the related literature of traditional Chinese medicine on cough patients with lung cancer in recent 5 years from Pub Med,Chinese How Net,VIP and Wanfang Database. And then we analyzed and summarized the collected literature. Results： Traditional Chinese medicine treatments,such as traditional Chinese medicine patent prescriptions,effective prescriptions,Chinese medicine applicators,catgut embedding,the Chinese diet,can effectively improve cough symptoms of lung cancer. The combination of Chinese medicine and Western medicine not only can reduce the side effects caused by chemotherapy and radiotherapy but also can improve the life quality of cough patients with lung cancer. Conclusion： The efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine on lung cancer cough is good. It has a broad prospect,worthy of promotion.
