桑叶降血糖作用研究进展

Research Progress of Hypoglycemic Effect of Mori Folium

目的:全面了解桑叶降糖作用研究现状,以促进对桑叶降糖作用的进一步研究及其开发利用提供参考。方法:通过检索文献和手工查阅相结合的方法查找国内外报道的有关桑叶降糖作用研究资料,并对其进行综合分析。结果:桑叶含有生物碱类、黄酮类、多糖类等多种降血糖活性成分,桑叶的活性组分、总提取物及复方制剂均有降血糖作用,桑叶单方、复方制剂均对糖尿病患者有治疗效果。结论:目前国内外学者对桑叶的降血糖作用已有较多研究,但研究多局限于桑叶单一活性组分药理机理研究,缺乏桑叶总降糖活性成分的化学和药理分子机制研究,且多数桑叶降糖实验研究只限于描述其降糖现象,对其确切的降糖作用机制研究不够深入,临床试验研究也存在不规范现象。因此,应进一步加强其总降糖活性成分的化学鉴定、药理分子机制系统研究,规范临床试验研究。

Objective： In order to promote further research on the hypoglycemic effect of Mori Folium and provide references for its exploitation. Research progress of hypoglycemic effect of Mori Folium were fully understood. Methods： Both domestic and international reports about the hypoglycemic effect of Mori Folium were read and analyzed by retrieving database and manual inspection. Results： We found that Mori Folium contained hypoglycemic effect components such as alkaloids,flavonoid,polysaccharides,etc. And its active components and total extraction and compound prescription had the hypoglycemic effect. Moreover,Mori Folium and its compound prescription both had therapeutic effect on diabetics. Conclusion： Recently,both domestics and international academics have already made a lot researches on the hypoglycemic effect of Mori Folium,however,most of them are confined to the pharmacological action mechanisms of its single active ingredient and neglect the research of the total chemical active ingredients of its effect and the pharmacological molecular mechanism. In addition,most hypoglycemic experimental studies on Mori Folium are restricted to describe its effect phenomenon,but the precise mechanism of hypoglycemic effect do not explore deep enough. What＇s worse,non- standard phenomenons also happen in clinical trail. Therefore,it will be necessary to make further study on chemical identification of its total hypoglycemic active compounds and the pharmacological molecular mechanism system and standardize the clinical trials.
