补阳还五汤治疗缺血性中风恢复期(气虚血瘀)的临床疗效及对Hcy影响的临床研究

Clinical Curative Effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction for Ischemic Stroke Recovery( Deficiency Blood Stasis Syndrome) Patients and Its Influence on Hcy

目的:观察补阳还五汤治疗缺血性中风恢复期(气虚血瘀)的临床疗效及对Hcy影响,初步探讨其作用机制。方法:将60例符合纳入标准的缺血性中风恢复期(气虚血瘀)患者以就诊先后顺序用随机数字表法随机分为两组,每组各30例,对照组按西医治疗缺血性中风诊疗常规,实验组在对照组的基础上加用补阳还五汤,两组疗程均4周。观察治疗前后两组患者的临床症状,并采用神经功能缺损程度评分量表、中医症状分级量化评分及检测血脂、Hcy水平对补阳还五汤治疗缺血性中风恢复期(气虚血瘀)的临床疗效进行评定和验证。结果:实验组在降低神经功能缺损程度评分、血脂水平、Hcy水平,提高中医症状积分均明显优于对照组。结论:补阳还五汤治疗缺血性中风恢复期(气虚血瘀)有显著的临床疗效,其可能的机制是通过降低血脂及Hcy水平达到治疗目的。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction（ BYHWD） for ischemic stroke recovery（ deficiency blood stasis syndrome） patients and its influence on Hcy and preliminarily discuss the mechanism. Methods： 60 patients who met the standard of ischemic stroke recovery（ deficiency blood stasis syndrome） were randomly divided into two groups by random number table method,each group 30 cases. The control group used routine western medicine diagnosis and treatment. On the basis,the experimental group used BYHWD. Two groups treatment was4 weeks. We observed clinical symptoms and the degree of nerve function defect score scale,symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine evaluation and tested the blood fat and Hcy levels to evaluate the clinical curative effect of BYHWD for ischemic stroke recovery（ deficiency blood stasis syndrome）. Results： Experimental group＇s reducing degree of nerve function defect score,blood lipid levels and Hcy levels and improving the TCM symptom score were significantly better than the control group. Conclusion： BYHWD treatment of ischemic stroke recovery（ deficiency blood stasis syndrome） has significant clinical efficacy. Its possible mechanism is by reducing blood lipids and Hcy levels.
