畲药“食凉茶”质量标准改进 被引量:5

摘要 目的:提升食凉茶的质量标准。方法:运用薄层色谱法鉴别食凉茶的挥发性成分(桉油精);用高效液相色谱法测定及黄酮类成分(芦丁、槲皮素、山奈酚)的含量;照2010版《中华人民共和国药典》检查食凉茶中的水分和总灰分。结果:食凉茶中桉油精的薄层色谱鉴别专属性明显;芦丁、槲皮素和山奈酚的线性范围分别为2.028~473.2μg·m L-1(r=1.000 0),0.343 1~91.49μg·m L-1(r=1.000 0),0.547 5~136.7μg·m L-1(r=1.000 0);平均加样回收率分别为100.70%(n=6,RSD=1.57%),98.39%(n=6,RSD=1.52%),98.58%(n=6,RSD=1.56%),22批食凉茶测定结果表明芦丁、槲皮素和山奈酚含量之和为0.071%~0.965%,水分为7.4%~10.9%,总灰分为5.0%~11.8%。结论:研究所得方法简便、准确、重现性好,可作为食凉茶的质量控制方法。 Objective: To improve the quality standard of traditional She medicine—Shiliangcha. Method: The method of thin- laver chromatography was adopted to identify volatile components( eucalyptol) and high performance liquid chromatography method was adopted to determine the flavonoids( rutin,quercetin and kaempferol) in Shiliangcha. To determine the moisture and total ash according to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Result: The specificity of thin- layer chromatography of eucalyptol was obvious. The good linearity of rutin,quercetin and kaempferol were at 2. 028 ~ 473. 2 μg·m L- 1( r = 1. 000 0),0. 343 1 ~ 91. 49 μg·m L- 1( r = 1. 000 0),0. 547 5 ~ 136. 7 μg·m L- 1( r = 1. 000 0),respectively. The average recoveries were 100. 70%( n = 6,RSD = 1. 57%),98. 39%( n = 6,RSD = 1. 52%),98. 58%( n = 6,RSD =1. 56%). The sum content of rutin,quercetin and kaempferol in 22 batches of Shiliangcha was in the range of 0. 071% ~0. 965%. Moisture was in the range of 7. 4% ~ 10. 9% and total ash was 5. 0% ~ 11. 8%. Conclusion: This method is simple,accurate and reproducible and can be used for quality control of Shiliangcha.
