Data Mining Methods on YAN Shiyun's Explorations about Treatment of Fluid due to Yang-deficiency of Chronic Heart Failure

目的:对严世芸教授治疗慢性心力衰竭阳虚水泛证患者的中药处方进行数据与数据分析,总结其用药规律探索严老治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床经验。方法:收集、整理严世芸教授治疗慢性心力衰竭阳虚水泛证患者的中药处方,建立数据库,并利用数据挖掘方法,进行频数、频率分析、关联规则分析、相似匹配度测定、粗糙集的属性简约算法等,通过综合分析数据挖掘结果,探索严世芸教授在慢性心力衰竭的诊断、治疗过程中运用中药用药规律与临床经验。结果:通过数据挖掘分析,严老治疗慢性心力衰竭阳虚水泛证时通常以真武汤、五苓散、苓桂术甘汤合补阳还五汤化裁作为基础方。结论:通过研究结果探讨严世芸教授治疗慢性心力衰竭阳虚水泛证的中药处方的用药规律,严老在临证时采用圆机活法,根据患者临床表现,灵活运用随证加减。

Objective： This study is a kind of exploration about the treatment of fluid due to yang- deficiency of chronic heart failure by data mining methods. With the results,we summarized his experience of treatment by TCM. Methods： Different types of chronic cardiac failure have different treatments,this study is about the treatment of chronic cardiac failure with fluid due to yang- deficiency syndrome. The study used frequency analysis,cluster analysis and association rules analysis to explore the law of chronic heart failure treatments in the large number of clinical data. Through comprehensive analysis of the data mining results,we explored professor YAN Shiyun＇s experience on diagnosis,treatment and Chinese medicine prescription medication of chronic heart failure with fluid due to yang- deficiency syndrome. Result： Zhenwu Decoction,Wuling Decoction,Linggui Zhugan Decoction and Buyang Huanwu Decoction are the three most commonly-used prescriptions to chronic cardiac failure with fluid due to yang deficiency and other prescriptions according to syndrome differentiation. Conclusion： The study explored the treatment method and academic point of view in treating chronic cardiac failure with fluid due to yang deficiency syndrome. Professor YAN Shiyun attaches great importance to heart and kidney yang,using the methods of data mining to discover the law of TCM.
