摘要
目的:观察玉女煎治疗成人慢性牙周炎的疗效。方法:将80例慢性牙周炎患者随机分为治疗组40例和对照组40例。对照组在牙周基础治疗上采用罗红霉素胶囊,(0.15 g,每天2次,口服)和甲硝唑片(每次0.2g,每天2次,口服)治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用中药玉女煎治疗,疗程7 d,治疗前后分别检测牙龈指数(GI)、牙周袋深度(PD)、菌斑指数(PLI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)及临床疗效。结果:两组治疗后其总有效率治疗组与对照组比较差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。治疗组与对照组在治疗前后及治疗后两组间比较,GI、SBI、PD和PLI差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:玉女煎能有效控制牙周组织炎症,改善慢性牙周炎临床症状。值得临床应用推广。
Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yu＇nujian on chronic periodontitis of adult patients. Methods： 80 patients with migraine were randomly allocated to treatment group 40 cases and control group 40 cases. The control group was treated with roxithromycin capsules,0. 15 g for each time,twice a day and metronidazole（ 0. 2 g for each time,twice a day）. The treatment group was administered Yu ＇nujian for 7 days. After treatment,the gingival index（ GI）,pocket depth（ PD）,plaque index（ PLI）,and sulcus bleeding index（ SBI） of both groups and the clinical effect were observed. Results： There was significant difference（ P〈 0. 05） by statistical management. After treatment,G I,SBI,PD and PLI of both groups were decreased and the decrease in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Yu＇nujian can more effectively control the inflammation of periodontal tissues and improve the clinical symptoms of chronic periodontitis. It deserves further research and promotion.
