For the women patients with schizophrenia initiated during perinatal period （pregnancy, delivery and lactation）, how to ensure maternal and child safety and how to reduce the impact of disease on them are becoming a current research hotspot. This article reviews the treatment progress of the perinatal period patients with schizophrenia.
