Application of Fungi in active ingredients biotransformation of Chinese traditional medicine

摘要 真菌具有种类繁多、易培养和酶系统丰富等优势,在中药活性成分转化中具有重要作用。本文综述真菌生物转化在中药活性成分黄酮类、皂苷类和萜类和生物碱类开发应用中的研究现状,并展望未来真菌与中药结合的前景。 Fungi plays an important role in active ingredients biotransformation of Chinese traditional medicine, because it is rich in species, easy to culture and complicated in enzyme system. This review describes the research progress on the fungal biotransformation of active ingredients including flavonoid, saponins, terpene and alkaloids. Fungal biotransformation will significantly promote the development of Chinese traditional medicine.
