Antipsychotics caused venous thromboembolism and polmonary embolism

抗精神病药物可能引起静脉栓塞包括深静脉栓塞和肺栓塞,急性肺栓塞往往会导致猝死。本文复习几十年来有关文献,从病例报道、对照研究到荟萃分析,提出精神病患者出现静脉栓塞的可能机制,旨在提醒精神科临床,在精神病患者服用抗精神病药物期间,需多加关注静脉栓塞的危险。

Antipsychotic drugs may cause venous thrombosis, including deep venous thrombosis and pulmonary embolism. Especially, the acute pulmonary embolism can cause sudden death. This article reviews the relevant literature, including case reports, controlled studies and meta-analysis to propose the possible mechanism of venous thromboembolism in patients with mental disorders. It can help psychiatrists to pay more attention to the mental disease patients who are taking antipsychotic drugs.
