胶原蛋白海绵在阻生牙拔除后的应用效果

Application effect of collagen sponge in after remoal of maxillary teeth

目的探讨胶原蛋白海绵在阻生牙拔除后的应用效果。方法选取2011年1月-2012年2月我院就诊的280例牙拔除患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组140例,实验组采取术后拔牙创内填塞胶原蛋白海绵的方法 ,对照组术后则不应用药物或材料,观察分析两组患者的临床效果。结果实验组干槽症发生率和其他合并症发生率明显低于对照组,实验组治疗总有效率87.1%,明显高于对照组总有效率60%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论胶原蛋白海绵预防阻生牙拔除后干槽症有较好的临床效果,可降低干槽症发生率,值得在临床研究中大力推广和广泛应用。

Objective To discuss the application value of collagen sponge in after remoal of maxillary teeth. Methods280 dental extraction patients from January 2011 to February 2012 of our hospital were selected.Patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,and each group was140 cases.Patients in experimental group were filled the collagen sponge after dental extraction.Patients in control group were not given any drugs or material.Clinical effect in two groups were observed and analyzed. Results The incidence of alveolalgia and other complications in experimental group were significantly lower than that of control group.The total effective rate in experimental group was87.1% significantly higher than that was 60% in control group,and the difference was statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Collagen sponge has good clinical effect in prevention alveolalgia after remoal of maxillary teeth.It can decrease the incidence of alveolalgia and worth to energeticallypopularize and extensive application in clinical.
