子宫颈癌患者健康状况调查分析

Investigation analysis of health status in cervical cancer patients

目的探讨子宫颈癌患者的健康状况,为相应的干预措施提供依据。方法选取2014年10月-2015年2月在本院的183例子宫颈癌患者作为研究对象,对其健康状况进行分析。结果婚姻状态、工作状况、并发症、付费方式、民族、教育水平、家庭月经济收入、复发情况的构成比比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。子宫颈癌患者的生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、总体健康状况、活力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康8个维度的得分低于中国常模得分,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论子宫颈癌患者的健康状况不容乐观,生活质量低。医护人员应实施相应的干预措施,以提高患者的自我健康管理能力,促进其身心健康,提高其生存质量。

Objective To explore the health status of the patient with cervical cancer,to provide the basis for the corresponding intervention measures. Methods 183 cases with cervical cancer from October 2014 to February 2015 in our hospital were selected as the research group,and the health status was analyzed. Results There was significant difference in the constituent ratio of marital status,working status,complication,way of paying,nationality,educational level and relapse respectively（P〈0.05）.The score of all 8 dimensions of health status including physiological function,physiological competency,body pain,total health status,vigor level,social function,emotional function and mental health of the patient was lower than that of the score of national norm,with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The health condition of cervical cancer patient is not optimistic,and the quality of life is low.Health care workers should implement the corresponding intervention measures to improve the patient′ s self health management ability,promote their physical and mental health,improve their quality of life.
