优质护理在房颤患者中的应用效果

Application effect of high quality nursing in patients with atrial fibrillation

目的探讨优质护理在房颤患者中的应用效果。方法选取2013年10月，2014年10月本院收治的房颤患者66例，将其随机分为常规组与研究组，每组33例。常规组实行基础护理，研究组实行优质护理，对两组的护理满意度、住院时问、并发症发生率进行对比。结果研究组的护理满意度为96．97％，高于常规组的84．85％（P〈0．05）；研究组的住院时间为（6．12±0．23）d，短于常规组的（7．36±0．33）d，但差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；研究组的并发症发生率为15．15％，低于常规组的39．39％（P〈0．05）。结论对房颤患者实施优质护理措施的效果良好，可提升护理质量，促进患者尽快康复。

Objective To explore the application effect of high quality nursing in patients with atrial fibrillation. Meth- ods 66 patients with atrial fibrillation treated in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2014 were selected and randomly divided into conventional group and research group,with 33 cases in each group.In the conventional group,ba- sic nursing was used,while in the research group,high quality nursing was adopted.The nursing satisfaction,hospital stay and incidence of complications in two groups were compared. Results The nursing satisfaction in research group was 96.97%,which was higher than 84.85% of conventional group （P〈0.05）.The hospital stay in research group was （6.12± 0.23） d,which was shorter than （7.36±0.33） d of conventional group,but the difference between two groups was no signif- ican （P〉0.05）.The incidence of complications in research group was 15.15%,which was lower than 39.39% of conven- tional group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion High quality nursing has good effect in patients with atrial fibrillation,can improve nursing quality and promote patient＇s recovery.
