医护一体模式下快速流程护理在急性心肌梗死介入治疗中的应用效果

Application effect of fast-track nursing under the health care integration model for interventional therapy with acute myocardial infarction

目的探讨医护一体模式下快速流程护理在急性心肌梗死介入治疗中的应用效果。方法选择2011年1月～2014年1月在我院工作两年以上的医护人员19名，并选取同期行介入治疗的急性心肌梗死患者80例．按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，各40例。观察组实施医护一体化工作模式下快速流程护理，对照组实施常规护理。比较两组护理人员对工作环境评价的得分，同时统计两组患者的康复指标及护理满意度。结果观察组护理人员在医护关系、排班满意、护理管理者能力以及护士主动参与度的得分均高于对照组（P〈O．05）；观察组的总住院时间短于对照组，术后下床时间早于对照组，抢救成功率高于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组的满意度为95．0％，显著高于对照组的37．5％（P〈0．05）。结论医护一体模式下实施快速流程护理方案可显著提高护士的工作效率及积极性，改善急性心肌梗死介入治疗的效果，提高患者满意度。

Objective To investigate the application effect of fast-track nursing under the health care integration model for interventional therapy with acute myocardial infarction. Methods 19 cases of medical staff who work more than two years in our hospital from January 2011 to January ＇2014 were selected.At the same period,80 patients with acute my- ocardial infarction treated by interventional therapy were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group had 40 cases.The observation group was implemented with fast-track nursing under the health care integration model,the control group was implemented with routine care.The nursing work environment evaluation scores in two groups was compared,and recovery index and nursing satisfaction was computed. Results The score of doctor-nurse relation,scheduling satisfaction,nursing administrators ability and nurses actively involved in the observa- tion group was higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）.Total hospitalization time in the observation group was shorter than the control group,getting out of bed time was earlier than the control group,the survival rate was higher than the control group,the differences between two groups were significant （P〈0.05）.The satisfaction in observation group was 95.0%,which was higher than 37.5% of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The fast-track nursing under the health care integration model can significantly increase the efficiency and enthusiasm of nurses,can improve the implementation ef- fect of interventional therapy for acute myocardial infarction,and it can increase patient satisfaction.
