摘要
目的探讨乳腺癌患者绝经前后肿瘤组织雌二醇(E2)、雌激素受体(ER)、转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)和B-淋巴细胞白血病-2基因(Bcl-2)表达水平的变化。方法分别选取绝经前乳腺癌患者(n=68)和绝经后乳腺癌患者(n=49),术中取癌组织及癌周正常组织,检测E2水平、ER阳性率和TGF-β1和Bcl-2的表达情况。结果绝经后乳腺癌患者癌组织E2水平与绝经前患者无显著差异(P>0.05),且两者均高于癌周正常组织(P<0.01);两组癌组织的TGF-β1和Bcl-2表达水平均高于癌周正常组织(P<0.01),但组间无差异(P>0.05);绝经前、绝经后两组各有18例(52.9%)、16例(47.1%)ER阳性患者,其阳性率无组间差异(P>0.05);经线性回归分析,ER阳性患者的癌组织TGF-β1和Bcl-2水平均与其E2含量呈正相关(P<0.05),而ER阴性患者未表现出显著相关性(P>0.05)。结论绝经前和绝经后癌组织TGF-β1和Bcl-2的表达量均受E2水平的影响,且在ER阳性患者中的表现尤为显著。
Objective To explore the changes in the estradiol (E2), estrogen receptor (ER), transforming growth factor β1 (TGF-β1), and B-cell lymphorma/leukemia-2 gene (Bcl-2) levels of patients with breast cancer in menopause and post-menopause. Methods Patients with breast cancer befoer (n=68) and after menopause (n=49) were selected in this study. Both tumor tissues and healthy tissues around the tumor were obtained during the operation in order to detect the E2 levels, ER positive rate, and the expression of TGF-β1 and Bcl-2. Results There was no significant difference in the E2 levels between the patients with breast caner before and after menopause (P 〉 0.05), and their levels were all higher than those of the normal tissues around the tumor (P 〈0.01). The two groups TGF-β1 and Bcl-2 expression levels were all higher than those of the normal tissues around the tumor (P 〈0.01), but the difference between the groups was not significant (P 〉 0.05). There were 18 and 16 cases of positive ER (52.9% and 47.1%) among the premenopausal/postmenopausal patients, and there was no significant difference in the positive rates between the two groups of people (P 〉 0.05). The simple linear regression analysis indicated that there was a positive correlation between the TGF-β1 and Bcl-2 levels in the tumor tissues of patients with positive ER and their E2 contents (P 〈 0.05), while the correlation was not obvious in patients with negative ER (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion The TGF-betal and Bcl-2 expression levels in the tumors tissues of patients before and after menopause are influenced by E2 levels, especially in ER positive patients.
