左旋维C导入治疗色素性化妆品皮炎的临床效果观察

Observation on clinical effects of levo-vitamin C infiltration on pigmentary cosmetic dermatitis

目的观察左旋维C导入法介入治疗色素性化妆品皮炎的临床效果。方法将2014～2015年就诊于本中心门诊的80例色素性化妆品皮炎患者分两组，各40例，熊果甙组用熊果甙乳膏外搽治疗，联合组用左旋维C导入法配合熊果甙乳膏治疗。治疗6W，观察比较两组每周治疗效果。结果治疗后，两组色斑面积治疗的有效率都持续升高；在治疗第5、6W，联合组显效率均高于熊果甙组（P〈0．05）。治疗后，两组色斑颜色治疗好转率都持续升高；在治疗第6w，联合组好转率高于熊果甙组（P〈0．05）。结论左旋维c导入治疗色素性化妆品皮炎，可以提高熊果甙乳膏的治疗效果，对色斑颜色和瘢痕大小的消退都起到了很好的促进作用，有较高的临床价值。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of levo-vitamin C infiltration on pigmentary cosmetic dermatitis. Methods 80 cases of pigment cosmetic dermatitis receiving treatment between 2014 and 2015 in the clinic the center were equally divided into two groups. Arbutin group was given plaster treatment with arbutin cream, and the combination group was given levo-vitamin C infiltration combined with arbutin cream. After the treatment for 6 weeks, the every-week therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Results After the treatment, the effective rates of spots area in both groups continuously increased. In the 5th and 6th week of the treatment, the excellence rate of the combination group was higher than that of the arbutin group （P 〈 0.05）. After the treatment, the improvement rate of the treatment on the color spots in both groups increased. In the 6th week of the treatment, the improvement rate of the combination group was higher than that of the arbutin group （P 〈 0.05）. ConclusionThe treatment of pigmentary cosmetic dermatitis with levo-vitamin C infiltration can improve the curative effects of arbutin cream and promote the fade-away of the color spots and the scars. It has great clinical value.
