复明片在手术治疗白内障并糖尿病视网膜病变中的效果

Application effects of Fuming tablets to operation for cataract combined with diabetic retinopathy

目的观察复明片在超声乳化术联合玻璃体切除术治疗白内障合并糖尿病视网膜病变中的应用效果。方法选择2007年12月～2014年12月我院收治的80例（110眼）白内障合并糖尿病视网膜病变患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组与观察组两组，对照组40例（54眼），接受超声乳化术联合玻璃体切割术治疗；观察组40例（56眼），在对照组基础上，加用复明片治疗，比较两组视力的改善情况，统计术后并发症发生率。结果术后1d、1w、1个月、3个月，观察组矫正视力均显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）；观察组术后视力提高率为83．93％，显著高于对照组的57．41％（P〈0．05）；观察组术后并发症发生率为19．64％，显著低于对照组的42．59％（P〈0．05）。结论在白内障合并糖尿病视网膜病变患者的治疗中，超声乳化术联合玻璃体切除术后服用复明片，可优化手术效果，降低术后并发症发生率。改善患者视力，值得推广。

Objective To analyze the application effects of Fuming tablets to phacoemulsification combined with vitrectomy for cataract combined with diabetic retinopathy. Methods 80 cases （110 eyes） of cataract combined with diabetic retinopathy who were hospitalized in the hospital between December 2007 and December 2014 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into control sroup（40 cases and 54 eyes） and observation group（40 cases and 56 eyes）. The control group received phacoemulsification combined with vitrectomy, while the observation group was additionally treated with Fuming tablets on the basis of the same treatment as the control group. Comparison was made in the improvement of visual acuity between the two groups, and the incidence of postoperative complications was statistically analyzed, Results The corrected visual acuity of the observation group was significantlyhigher than that of the control group 1 d, 1 week, 1 month, and 3 months after the operation （P 〈 0.05）. The improvement rate of postoperative visual acuity in the observation group was 83.93% which was significantly higher than that in the control group （57.41%） （P 〈 0.05）. The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 19.64% which was significantly lower than of that of the control group （42.59%） （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with cataract complicated with diabetic retinopathy, the use of Fuming tablets after phacoemulsification combined with vitrectomy can optimize the effects of the operation, reduce postoperative complications and improve visual acuity of the patients, reduce the postoperative complications, and improve the patients visual acuity, which is worthy of generalization.
