督脉隔姜灸结合功能锻炼联合西药治疗强直性脊柱炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Ankylosing Spondyliti by Ginger Moxibustion upon Governor Vessel Combined with Functional Exercise and Western Medicine

目的:观察督脉隔姜灸结合功能锻炼联合西药治疗强直性脊柱炎的疗效。方法:将76例活动期强直性脊柱炎患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组38例。治疗组行督脉隔姜灸结合功能锻炼联合塞来昔布胶囊、柳氮磺吡啶肠溶片治疗;对照组行功能锻炼联合塞来昔布胶囊、柳氮磺吡啶肠溶片治疗。30 d为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程。观察2组治疗前后Bath强直性脊柱炎疾病活动性指数(BASDAI)积分、Bath强直性脊柱炎功能指数(BASFI)积分、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、C-反应蛋白、红细胞沉降率、胸廓活动度、改良Sch?ber试验7项指标变化情况。结果:治疗后,2组BASDAI积分、BASFI积分、VAS评分、C-反应蛋白、红细胞沉降率、胸廓活动度、改良Sch?ber试验较治疗前均有改善(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:督脉隔姜灸结合功能锻炼联合西药疗法可有效改善强直性脊柱炎患者的疼痛、活动障碍等症状,提高患者生活质量。

Objective：To observe the curative effect of ginger moxibustion upon Governor Vessel （ GV ） combined with functional exercise and western medicine in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis. Methods：76 cases of active-phase ankylosing spondylitis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,38 cases in each.The treatment group was treated by ginger moxibustion upon Governor Vessel combined with functional exercise,celecoxib capsules and sulfasalazine enteric-coated tablets;while the control group was treated with functional exercise combined with cclecoxib capsules and sulfasalazine enteric-coated tablets.Both groups were treated for 3 courses,30 days as a course.The two groups were observed on the aspects of Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Disease Activity Index （ BASDAI ） ,Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Function Index （ BASFI ） ,Visual Analogue Score （ VAS ） ,C-reactive protein,erythroeyte sedimentation rate,thoracic activity and seven indexes of improved SchOber Test.Results：After treatment,BASDAI,BASFI,VAS,C-reactive protein,erythroeyte sedimentation rate,thoracic activity and seven indexes of improved Sch6ber Test of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ） ,and the treatment group was better than the control group （P 〈 0.05 ） .Conclusion：Ginger moxibustion upon Governor Vessel combined with functional exercise and western medicine can effectively relieve pain,movement disorders and other symptoms of patients with ankylosing spondylitis,improving their life quality.
