改性涤纶非织造布及羊毛对水中铜离子的吸附性能研究

摘要 为去除水中微量铜离子,采用水热法合成四氧化三铁再负载时加入羊毛将其负载在涤纶非织造织物上进行改性,或采用钛酸四丁酯和钛酸异丙酯为钛源对羊毛纤维进行改性,测试其吸附能力。结果表明:原毛纤维和改性羊毛纤维对水中的铜离子吸附效果明显,在制备磁性纳米四氧化三铁织物中加入羊毛纤维可以显著提升对铜离子的吸附能力。 In order to remove the copper ions in water, Fe3O4 was synthesized by hydrothermal method and then supported on the nonwoven polyester fabric with the addition of wool to modify. Another way was modification of wool fiber using tetrabutyl titanate and isopropyl titanate as the titanium source. The adsorption ability was tested. The test results showed that copper ions in water was adsorbed obviously by wool fiber and modified wool fiber. The adsorption ability of magnetic nanometer Fe3O4 fabrics addition with wool fibers could be obviously improved.
