Installation techniques of water guide structure of tubular turbine of Taoyuan Hydropower Station

As the apparatus controlling the inflow of the whole unit,the water guide structure of bulb tubular turbine is generally composed of inner water distributing ring,outer water distributing ring,guide vane,and control loop. In assembling the turbine,installation of the water guide structure should be taken as the key step and point,and the appropriate layout of the assembly site,the access of the equipment,the capacity and reach of the hoisting machinery,the deformation of the apparatus caused by lifting and its overall reinforcement,the flexible use of the installation tools,quality control of the apparatus,resource allocation and installation duration should also be taken into consideration.
