摘要
为预防某矿用连续提升机圆环链在工作状态下发生接触断裂,利用弹性力学知识计算了圆环链的最大接触应力理论值,并基于ANSYS Workbench软件,用有限元方法计算了圆环链在2种极端工作状态下的最大接触应力值。通过理论值与有限元解的比较,得到两链环间的接触应力状态,可知两链环接触时在链环拐角处易发生断裂。因此,在实际工作中,应着重避免链环拐角处发生断裂危险,及时维护和保养。
To prevent the contact breakage of the round-link chain of a mine-used continuous hoist,the paper applied elastic mechanics knowledge to calculate the theoretical value of the maximum contact stress of the round-link chain. In addition,FEM was applied to calculate the maximum contact stress of the round-link chain in two extreme operation modes based on ANSYS Workbench. After comparison of the theoretical value and the finite element solution,the paper obtained the contact stress state between two chain links,and it was known that the breakage easily occurred at the corner of the link on two links contacting. Thus,in actual operation,breakage at the corner of the link should be avoided,and maintenance should be conducted timely.
