摘要
根据大功率带式输送机对驱动装置的要求,将液体黏性传动技术和金属带式CVT调速技术相结合,研发出金属带式新型软启动装置,通过调节液黏油膜离合器的主、从动摩擦片间隙或者金属带组件的主、从轮半径,改变输出转速和转矩,从而实现带式输送机系统的可控启动和停车;采用同样方法还可以进行多机驱动功率平衡,实现带式输送机以任意低于额定的带速稳定运行。
According to the requirement of the drive for the large-power belt conveyor,the paper combined the hydro-viscous transmission technology with the metal belted CVT(continuously variable transmission) speed control technology,and developed new-type metal belted soft-start device. By means of controlling the clearance between driving and driven friction piece of the hydro-viscous film clutch or the radius of the driving and driven pulley of the metal belt assembly,the output speed and torque varied,thus controllable start-up and halt of the belt conveyor realized. In addition,by means of the same way,the power equilibrium of multi-point drive realized,thus the belt conveyor could stably operate at any speed below the rated speed.
