Modal analysis on main structure of whole mobile crushing station

摘要 介绍了自主研发的全移动破碎站结构以及技术特点,结合破碎站的实际工况,利用ANSYS建立了破碎站以及钢结构架有限元模型;运用分块Lanczos方法对整个破碎站主体结构以及钢结构架进行模态分析,得到前10阶主频率和主振型,确定各阶模态下不同部件的最大振幅。通过计算可以得出,破碎站整机及主体钢结构前10阶的频率都比较小,整机在对应频率下的最大振幅主要集中在卸料臂末端和受料斗前端。 The paper introduced the structure and technical features of a self-developed whole mobile crushing station. According to actual operation status of the crushing station,it applied ANSYS to build the finite element model of the crushing station and the steel frame. In addition,the paper applied blocked Lanczos method to conduct modal analysis on the main structure of the whole crushing station and the steel frame,and obtained the frequency and the vibration mode of preceding ten orders,determined the maximum amplitude of various parts of each order. Calculation results showed: the frequency of the whole crushing station and the steel frame was relatively small,and the maximum amplitude of the whole crushing station at corresponding frequency was mainly concentrated at the end of the unloading arm and the front end of the hopper.
