摘要
为了研究扩散锥整流片对立式叶轮分级机分级效率的影响,对分级机的气流流场、分级性能及存在的问题进行了分析,并采用自制CP-20型气流粉碎机,对河砂在不同角度和不同数量整流片的情况下进行了粉碎和分级试验。结果表明:针对河砂而言,后弯整流片能显著提高分级机的分级效率,而前弯整流片则不利于粉体颗粒的分级;综合考虑各方面因素的影响,当后弯整流片的数量为4个时,分级机性能达到最优。
In order to study the influence of the vortex control bafflers installed on diffusion cone on the classification efficiency of the vertical impeller classifier,the paper analyzed the air flow field and classification performance of the classifier as well as existing problems. In addition,self-made CP-20 air crusher was applied to carry out crushing and classification test for river sand at various angle and various number of vortex control bafflers. The results showed: as for the river sand,backward bent bafflers significantly improved the classifi cation efficiency of the classifier,while forward bent bafflers were not conductive to the classification of powder particles; after all factors being taken into account,the classification performance of the classifier was the best while the diffusion cone being equipped with four backward bent bafflers.
