基于ANT理论的信用卡风险管理研究

通过对信用卡发卡、用卡阶段风险形成机理的分析,展示信用卡风险管理过程中异质行动者在转译活动中的利益和风险关系,运用行动者网络理论,细分信用卡风险管理网络中各行动者承担的角色,明晰行动者网络的转译环节,厘清行动者正负能量的转变对行动者网络转译的影响。研究表明:核心行动者是信用卡风险管理的关键主体,征召行动者是信用卡风险管理的必要补充,终极行动者是信用卡风险管理的有力保障,非征召行动者是信用卡风险管理的外部基础。

The article used the actor network theory, analyzed the formation mechanism of risk issuing and using the credit card, revealed the benefit and risk relationship of heterogeneous actors in the process of translation activities in the credit card risk management, and subdivided the role assumed by the network actors, and analyzed the translation process of the actors in the stage of issuing and using the credit card, and clarified that the actors＇ positive and negative energy transform affected the actor network translation. The research shows that： the core actor is the key subject of the risk management of credit card, the enlist actor is a necessary supplement to the risk management of credit card, the ultimate actor is strong guarantee for the risk management of credit card and non-enlisted actor is the external foundation of risk management of credit card.
