Simulation on optimization of flow field in KR hot metal desulfurization ladle

摘要 为提高KR铁水机械搅拌过程石灰的利用率、减少脱硫剂的中心团聚现象,采用物理模拟和数值模拟对不同挡板数量下反应器内流动行为进行了研究。结果表明,罐体内部设置挡板能够抑制中心漩涡的形成,降低液面上升高度并改变流体的水平切向运动;采用2块挡板能够有效地减少中心脱硫剂的聚集,反应器内下方卷入的粒子数目与传统相比增加到10倍以上,同时能够保证铁水内部较大的流速和湍动能,脱硫动力学条件良好。 In order to improve the utilization of lime and reduce the aggregation behavior of desulfurization flux during the mechanical stirring of hot metal, the flow behavior in the vessel with different numbers of baffles was investigated by physical simulation and numerical simulation. Results showed that the vortex was inclined, the increased height of fluid level was decreased and the tangential movement of fluid was changed after the addition of baffle in the vessel. The aggregation of flux was reduced effectively and the number of particles entrained into the water increased by 10 times during stirring in the vessel with two baffles compared with that in the normal vessel. The velocity and turbulent kinetic energy in the hot metal could be ensured in the vessel with two baffles. It indicated that there was a good kinetics condition of desulfurization in hot metal.
