摘要 恶性肿瘤(以下简称肿瘤)是一种死亡率较高、易复发、易转移的疾病。据2014年《世界癌症报告》显示:肿瘤是人类的最大致死原因。近年来研究发现,肿瘤的发生发展及手术后肿瘤的转移与机体免疫功能的抑制有重要关系。因此,通过免疫学方法抑制肿瘤的发生发展、减少及防止术后转移成为抗肿瘤研究的热点。自然杀伤细胞(NK细胞)是机体固有免疫系统的一种效应细胞,研究发现,减少NK细胞功能的抑制可以降低肿瘤的发生发展及肿瘤术后的转移。本文对近年来基于NK细胞的肿瘤免疫研究进展进行综述。 Malignant tumor is a kind of disease with high rate of mortality,which has the tendency of metastasis and recurrence. According to the 2014 " World Cancer Report",tumor is the major cause of death in human. Recent studies suggest that immunosuppression plays a vital role in the process of tumor formation,progression and postoperative metastasis. Therefore,inhibiting tumor via immunological approach is now widely focused by researchers to prevent tumor formation,progression and postoperative metastasis. Natural killer cells( NK cells) are effect cells of human innate immune system and it proves an effective way to prevent tumor formation,progression and postoperative metastasis by reducing the suppression of NK cell function. This paper reviews recent studies on NK cells-related tumor immunology.
