摘要
酿酒工程专业是国家2011年新设专业,四川理工学院生物工程学院获批建立教育部首批酿酒工程本科人才培养专业,5年来,从酿酒行业全产业链出发,创新性地构建核心课程体系、师资队伍建设及实践实训教学平台,形成了卓有成效的专业培养体系,取得了人才培养和学科建设的明显成效。
Liquor-making engineering major was newly founded in Sichuan University of Science & Engineering in 2011 authorized by the Ministry of Education. In the past five years, great accomplishments have been achieved in talents training and discipline construction, and excellent specialized training system has been set up from aspects of whole industrial chain of liquor-making, innovative construction of core curriculum system, the building of teaching staff, and the operation of practical training platform.
