摘要
应用浸入式固相微萃取技术结合气质联用(GC-MS)方法,建立了快速测定橡木制品浸泡酒样中较为重要的16种橡木特征香气物质的分析方法,其中包括沸点较高、极性较大的丁香醛、香草醛、香草乙酮、乙酰丁香酮等物质。该分析方法在线性范围内具有良好的线性关系,R^2〉0.99,且具有良好的精密度和回收率,RSD〈15%,回收率为82.59%-121.51%,适用于不同橡木制品陈酿酒中橡木香气物质的定量分析。
A method was developed by GC-MS and direct immersion-solid phase microextraction for rapid determination of 16 kinds of important oak characteristic volatile compounds in aged wine stored with oak products including high boiling point polarity compounds such as syringaldehyde, vanillin, acetovanillone and cetosytingone etc.The method displayed good linearity (R^2〉0.99) within the concentration range and good precision (RSD 〈 15 %) and recovery rate (82.59 % - 121.51%). This method was suitable for the determination of oak volatile compounds in aged wine stored in different oak products.
