摘要
技术创新效率提升是区域经济社会发展的核心动力;本文以2002~2012年中国28个省市技术创新效率的提升驱动力为研究对象,应用DEA-Malmquist指数方法获得了各省市技术创新效率的提升规律,揭示了全国及6大区域技术创新效率提升的驱动力及其差异演化规律。研究发现:全国技术创新效率提升呈现三阶段特征,28个省市可以分为4种类型,技术进步是驱动各省市技术创新效率提升的核心力量,其对各区域技术创新效率提升驱动作用并不相同。
The promotion of technological innovation efficiency is the core power of regional economy and society development. The driving force of the technology innovation efficiency promotion in 28 provinces in China from 2002 to 2012 is taken as the research object, and DEA- Mahnquist index method is applied to obtain the promotion rule of technology innovation efficiency in various provinces and cities, which reveals the driving force and the different evolvements of technological innovation efficiency in China and the six regions. The results shows that the national technological innovation efficiency promotion has three phase characteristics significantly, and 28 provinces can be divided into four types; technical progress is the core power to promote technological innovation efficiency of Chinese provinces, which has different kinds of driving effect on different regions and provinces.
