2005-2014年周口市流行性乙型脑炎流行特征分析

Epidemiological characteristics of Japanese B encephalitis in Zhoukou in 2005-2014

目的分析周口市流行性乙型脑炎流行情况，为预防控制提供依据。方法对2005—2014年监测资料进行分析。结果共报告乙脑病例292例，死亡5例，年均发病率0．35／10万，年均病死率1．71％，乙脑发病呈明显下降趋势。流行季节为5月-10月，高峰在7、8月；10个县（市、区）均有发病，15岁以下病例占97．95％，无免疫史或免疫史不详占67．47％。结论周口市乙脑发病主要表现为散发，发病有明显的季节性，发病人群以低年龄组为主。近年来乙脑疫情得到了有效控制，但监测和防控依然不能放松。

Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of epidemic encephalitis B in 2005-2014 in Zhoukou and provide data for prevention and control strategy.Methods Analysis was made on the data collected from the prevalence surveillance system and the individual investigation during 2005-2012.Results From 2005 to 2012.the accumulated total number was 292 and 5 deaths, The annual average morbidity and fatality rate were 0.35/100 000 and 1.71% respectively, the average incidence rate was obviously reduced every year.The prevalence season was between May and October with the peak in July and August.all of the l0 counties（ cities, district）had reported cases, 97.95 % Of the cases were under the age of 15, the rate of cases of no immunization history and unknown of immune history is 67.47 %.Conclusions During 2005-2014, JE Was sporadic in Zhoukou , and the seasonal variation of JE Was obvious. Most of the cases were from zero to 15 years old.It showed that in recent years JE Was controlled effectively, however. surveillance ,prevention and control of JE should not be neglected.
