河南省不同等级医院医患关系现状调查分析

Analysis on the current situation of doctor-patient relationship in Henan hospitals of different levels

目的了解河南省不同等级医院医患关系现状及医患双方对医患关系认知的差异,为构建和谐医患关系提出建议。方法运用自行设计的调查问卷,采用定量、随机抽样法对河南省不同等级10家医院的550名医务人员及患者进行了问卷调查。结果三级医院对当前医患关系紧张和非常紧张的总评价率达66.7%,其中66.0%医务人员认为医患关系紧张和非常紧张,33.0%的患者认为和谐和较和谐;二级医院对当前医患关系紧张和非常紧张的总评价率达79.5%;其中90.0%的医务人员认为医患关系紧张,20.9%的患者认为和谐和较和谐;两级不同等级医院及医务人员与患者对医患关系的评价等差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),同时两级医院医患双方对媒体报道的评价也存在一定的差异(P<0.05)。结论医院应建立有助于医患相互信任的制度,提高医疗服务质量;媒体应客观公正的报道并积极引导,患者要不断提高对医院服务机构的认可度。只有医患双方相互尊重,及时沟通,才能减少医疗纠纷,构建和谐的医患关系。

Objectives The purpose is to know the present situation of the doctor-patient relationship in hospitals of different levels in Henan province, through questionnaire and individual interview and put forward reasonable suggestions or ideas for building harmonious doctor-patient relationship. Methods This study uses random sampling to select 550 medical staff and patients from 10 hospitals of different levels and then hand out questionnaire and conduct individual interview. Results Tertiary hospitals for the current doctor-patient relationship was very nervous tension and the total evaluation rate was 66.7 %, 66.0 % of the medical staff think the doctor-patient relationship nervous and very nervous, 33.0 % of the patients thought that harmony and harmony; Secondary hospitals for the current doctor-patient relationship was very nervous tension and general evaluation rate of 79.5 % ; 90.0 % of the medical staff think the doctor-patient relationship nervous, 20.9 % of the patients thought that harmony and harmony Analysis shows that doctor-patient relationship varies in different level hospitals and this difference has statistical significance. Conclusions According to the survey, this paper argues that improving medical treatment, strengthening the doctor- patient communication, building strong personnel and medical ethics, and increasing the salary of medical staff will exert important effect to harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
