大展弦比机翼的有限元模态及谐响应分析 被引量:1

摘要 本文首先介绍了对机翼进行模态分析和谐响应分析的重要性和必要性[1];以大展弦比全球无人机为例,用catia有限元软件进行机翼的建模,利用网格前处理软件icem进行流场域和机翼的网格划分;将网格文件代入fluent计算出在飞行中机翼所受到的力,将所受到的力代入ANSYS中进行机翼的模态分析,得到机翼的前六阶频率和变形量;之后再进行机翼的谐响应分析,得出机翼的频谱图;综合模态分析和谐响应分析,得出材料为钢的的机翼共振频率为700Hz(±10Hz)。 Firstly introduces the necessity and importance of the modal analysis and harmonic response analysis of the wing; Such as the exhibition string than global unmanned aerial vehicle, Using finite element software catia to modal the wing,using the grid processing software icem to mesh the flow filed and the wing; put the grid file into fluent to calculate the force of the wing, put the force into ansys to analysis the modal of the wing to achieve the first six order frequency and deformation; analysis the harmonic response of the wing to achieve the wing figure of spectrum;Combined with the modal analysis and harmonious response analysis,get the resonant frequency of the wing made of steel is 700Hz(±10Hz).
