摘要
斗轮堆取料机,前臂架一般由两根工字梁组成,由于斗轮近似在前臂架的一侧,造成两根拉杆受到的拉力不等,进而造成前臂架两侧不平而受扭。本文通过分析弹性模量表达式,找到改善方法,进而评估两种方法的优劣,为斗轮堆取料机前拉杆的设计,提供帮助。
The bucket wheel stacker and recliamer's bnorn is made of two I-beams. Beeause of that the bucket is in one side of the front beam, and the rods bear different tension force, and the front beam will be un-balance. We analysis the formula of modulus of elasticity and search the method to modify the situation, then match the methods to help the bucket wheel stacker and reclaimer's design.
