肺原位腺癌的MSCT征象分析与病理分级的相关性研究

目的探讨原位腺癌（AIS）多层螺旋CT（MSCT）的特征性表现，旨在提高临床诊断的准确率，减少误诊。方法回顾性分析经手术病理检查证实的56例（58个病灶）AIS患者的临床资料，探讨其特征性表现及与病理分级的相关性。结果MSCT征象大体形态（部位、大小、形态）、内部结构（密度、空泡征）、周围改变（CT＆管征、胸膜凹陷征）具有一定的特点，并与其病理有相关性。结论AIS的大小、形态、密度、空泡征及CT血管征对MSCT诊断和鉴别诊断具有重要的指导价值，可以用于初步评估病理的分化程度。

Objective To evaluate multislice spiral CT AIS （ MSCT ） features, in order to improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis, reduce misdiagnosis. Methods A retrospective analysis of 56 cases confirmed by pathology after operation （ 58 lesions ） MSCT and pathological data of patients with AIS, the correlation for the relative characteristic findings and pathological grading. Results The MSCT 56 AIS in gross morphology （position, size, shape, internal structure （density） , vacuole sign change （CT） , peripheral vascular sign, pleural indentation sign ） has certain characteristics, and its pathologic correlation. Conclusion AIS has important value in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of MSCT in size, shape, density, vacuole sign and CT vascular syndrome , and can be used for preliminary assessment of pathological differentiation.
