口服胃超声造影在残胃中的诊断价值

目的探讨口服胃超声造影在残胃中的应用价值。方法选择胃溃疡或胃癌术后的患者23例，采用“心璋⑧”口服超声造影剂进行超声检查，观察贲门、残胃及吻合口的通畅、胃壁层次结构、胃蠕动、胃排空及反流情况。所有患者均与胃镜检查结果对照。结果超声造影诊断残胃炎23例、吻合口反流6例、吻合口溃疡3例、复发性溃疡2例、残胃癌l例。与胃镜诊断对照，超声造影检查诊断符合率87．5％。结论口服胃超声造影在残胃检查中有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of oral contrast-enhanced ultrasound （ OCEUS ） in gastric remnant. Methods Twenty three patients underwent surgery for ulcer or gastric cancer were enrolled in this study. OCEUS was performed by using ＂Xinzhang＂ oral ultrasonic contrast agents. The flow condition, structure of stomach wall, peristalsis, emptying and reflux for the cardia, residual stomach and anastomosis were observed. The Results of gastroscopy were used as control in all of the patients. Results Twenty three patients with remnant gastritis, 6 cases with reflux anastomosis, 3 cases with anastomotic ulcer, 2 cases with recurrent ulcers, and a cancer of gastric remnant were diagnosed by OCEUS. The diagnostic agreement rate was 87.5% of OCEUS by compared with endoscopy. Conclusion The clinical value of OCEUS is high for assessing the remnant stomach.
