连续血液净化对感染性休克患者抗氧化及氧代谢状态的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨连续血液净化对感染性休克患者抗氧化及氧代谢状态的影响。方法感染性休克患者42例,随机分为对照组2l例,常规感染性休克治疗。观察组21例,常规治疗加连续血液净化治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的抗氧化指标及氧代谢相关指标。结果观察组患者治疗后2h、6h及24h的抗氧化指标及氧代谢相关指标均好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论连续血液净化对感染性休克患者抗氧化及氧代谢状态的影响较为积极,对患者的机体状态改善发挥着积极的作用,从而起到改善感染性休克状态的目的。
