自噬与肿瘤治疗
摘要
自噬(autophagy)是细胞在饥饿、缺氧和能量应激状态下细胞通过膜结构降解胞质细胞器和大分子的动态过程,自噬通过清除功能异常或已受损伤的细胞器,与泛素一蛋白酶体降解系统互补,共同调控机体的稳态。
