飞秒激光制瓣准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术治疗高度近视角膜曲率变化的观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察飞秒激光制瓣准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)矫正高度近视手术后角膜曲率的变化。方法选择行飞秒激光制瓣LASIK矫正高度近视患者64例(108眼),使用LDV飞秒激光制瓣,分别在术前、术后1周、1个月、3个月、6个月、1年用Pentacam三维眼前节分析诊断系统测量角膜前、后表面曲率。结果术后3个月角膜前表面曲率(37.20±1.29)、近视度数(-0.23±0.49)、散光度数(-0.17±0.41)、等效球镜度(-0.20±0.56)及角膜厚度(439±32)同术后1周相比均发生变化,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后1周角膜后表面曲率(-6.26±0.27),术后1个月角膜后表面曲率(-6.29±0.28),术后3个月角膜后表面曲率(-6.26±0.27),术后半年角膜后表面曲率(-6.26±0.27),术后1年角膜后表面曲率(-6.30±0.27),同术前相比变化无统计学意义。结论飞秒激光LASIK矫正高度近视术后角膜后表面曲率未发生明显变化,对于高度近视飞秒激光LASIK手术安全有效,但需要长期观察其安全性及有效性。 Objective Observing the changes of corneal curvature after LASIK with Femtosecond for high myopia. Methods Choose 64 high myopia patients (108 eyes) for the correction by LASIK with LDV Femtosecond. The curvature of corneal surface was measured by Petancam before and after operation, 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 1 year. Results From the beginning of the three month after operation, the curvature of posterior corneal surface, the degree of myopia, astigmatism, spherical equivalent and corneal thickness were changed comparing with the first week after the surgery. There is statistically significant difference in the changes. There is no statistically significant difference in the changes of curvature of posterior corneal surface between preoperative and postoperative. Conclusion There is no significant change after LASIK with Femtosecond for high myopia. LASIK with Femtosecond is safe and effective for high myopia. But its safety and efficacy need to be long-term observation.
