家庭赋权护理对神经外科危重症患者生活质量的影响

目的家庭赋权护理对神经外科危重症患者生活质量的影响。方法选取入住河北医科大学第二医院神经外科监护室的危重症患者248例作为研究对象,其中,2013年4月-2013年10月收治入院的患者设为对照组,2013年11月-2014年4月收治入院的患者设为实验组,各124例。对照组患者及其家属采用科室常规护理,实验组患者及其家属在对照组基础上采用家庭赋权护理干预。干预4周后采用家庭赋权护理问卷（赋权心理护理、舒适服务、必要信息维度）调查患者的护理效果,采用SF-36量表调查2组患者生活质量,并对调查结果进行比较。结果家庭赋权护理干预4周后结果显示,实验组赋权心理护理维度、舒适服务维度、必要信息维度3个方面的评分均高于对照组（P〈0.05）;SF-36量表中＂生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、精力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康、总体健康评分＂项目评分均高于对照组（均P〈0.05）。结论由护理人员提供的家庭赋权护理有利于改善神经外科危重症患者的心理接受程度,提高其生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of Family empowerment care on quality of life of critically ill patients in Department of Neurosurgery. Methods 248 cases of critically ill patients in Department of Neurosurgery were selected as subjects, the patients admitted to the hospital from April 2013 to October 2013 were to be control group, and the patients admitted to the hospital from November 2013 to April 2014 were to be experiment group, each 124 cases. The control group of patients and their families used the department routine care, the patients and their families in the experiment group were based on the control group and added empowerment nursing intervention. Four weeks after the intervention, the family care questionnaire survey empowerment （empowering psychological care, comfort, information necessary dimension） was used to investigate the effect, SF-36 survey was used to investigate the quality of life between two groups, and the survey results were compared. Results Four weeks after Family Empowerment nursing intervention, the score of empowering patients psychological care dimension, comfort dimension, the necessary information dimension scores in the experiment group were significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）; the scores of the item ＂physiological functions, physical function, bodily pain, energy, social function, role emotional, mental health, general health score in SF-36 scale was significantly higher than that of the control group （all〈0.05）. Conclusion The family empowerment provided by the nursing staff will help to improve psychological acceptance of critically ill patients in Department of Neurosurgery, and improve their quality of life.
