摘要
为消除转向架构架焊接接头残余应力,尝试应用超声冲击法消除焊接接头残余应力。给出了采用超声冲击测试转向架构架焊接接头残余应力试验方案,测试超声冲击前后工艺条件下,焊接接头残余应力的变化特征和规律。对超声冲击前后焊接接头的微观组织和常规力学性能进行了检查测试。结果表明,超声冲击后焊缝区强度有所提高。
To eliminate the residual stress on bogle trame welding joints, ultrasonic impact technology is attempted. An experiment plan is proposed to test the residual stresses of welded joints before and after UIT, the variation char- acteristics and laws of the residual stresses. The microstruc- ture and conventional mechanical properties of welded joints are examined by using UIT, which shows that the strength of welded joints is improved to some extent.
