Defect Control of Anticorrosive Coating during Gas Pipeline Construction

在施工建设的检测过程中发现输气管道防腐蚀层漏点有一定的分布规律。以云南某输气管道建设为例,针对管道沿线的地形地貌、地层条件,以及施工管理方面所实施的措施进行分析,得到云南地区喀斯特地质条件下,施工建设中的输气管道防腐蚀层漏点的分布规律,以及漏点控制所采用的措施,为在云南咯期特地质条件下,输气管道施工建设过程中的防腐蚀层保护提供建议。

During the detection of gas pipeline construction, some regularities appeared m coating defect distribution. Based on the gas pipeline construction in Yunnan, the landform and geological conditions along the pipeline and the measures taken in construction management were analyzed to get the distribution rules of coating defects and the control measures, which could provide proposal for coating protection during gas pipeline construction under the karst landform condition in Yunnan.
