摘要
以6种优良杉木无性系组培苗为试验材料,研究了不同诱导培养基对杉木茎段不定芽诱导的影响及生根培养基对不同无性系诱导生根的差异。结果表明,不同培养基对不同无性系不定芽诱导存在较大差异,在MS+0.65mg/L6-BA+5.4g/L琼脂+20g/L蔗糖培养基中加入0.25mg/L IBA或0.15mg/L IBA均具有较好的不定芽诱导效果,诱导率可达58.3%;培养基MS+0.15mg/LIBA+0.07mg/LNAA+6.5g/L卡拉胶+20g/L蔗糖基本上能满足6种杉木无性系的生根需求,具有较大的广谱性。
Six excellent Chinese fir clones were used to study the impact of different induction medium on bud differentiation of stem segment and the impact of same rooting medium on the rooting induction differences.The results showed that different media on different clones of adventitious bud induction were quite different.The best adventitious bud induction mediums were MS+0.65mg/L6-BA+0.25mg/L IBA+5.4g/L agar+20g/L sugar and MS+0.65mg/ L6-BA+0.15mg/L IBA +5.4g/L agar+20g/L sugar, and the highest induction rate was 58.3%.The medium MS+ 0.15mg/LIBA+0.07mg/LNAA +6.Sg/L carrageenan +20g/L sugar can meet the root growth of the six Chinese fir clones, which can be widely used in practice.
