拉萨市主城区应急避难场所与城市绿地结合设计研究

Research on the Coupling Design of Emergency Shelter and Urban Green Land in Main Urban District of Lhasa City

通过对城市绿地的概念、分类及其作用的简介,在分析应急避难场所与城市绿地结合的可能性和优劣的基础上,结合拉萨市的区域特点和历史文脉,探讨了在拉萨市进行城市应急避难场所设计时,需与城市绿地相结合,且结合过程中需应遵循"平灾结合、综合利用、合理规划"设计原则,以此设计原则为指导,分析了在拉萨实施应急避难场所设计建设的建议,并提出了拉萨市应急避难场所的理想分布方案。

Through the brief introduction of the concept, classification and function of urban green space, the analysis of the possibilities, advantages and disadvantages of the combination of emergency shelter and urban green space, and the combination with the characteristics of the I.hasa area and historical context, the article finds out that in ~he design of emergency shehers, it must combine with urban green space and it should fol- low the principal of ＂comprehensive utilization, reasonable planning and design principles＂. Taking the de- sign principle as guide, the article analyzes the suggestions for the design and construction of emergency shehers in l.hasa, and puts forward the ideal distribution scheme of emergency shelters in Lhasa.
