摘要
指出了净水厂三期滤池在运行过程中最常见的故障是模拟量故障报警和304阀故障报警,故障发生后,滤池停止运行。在供水量需求大甚至满负荷运行时,长时间停池在影响供水量的同时,还会加大其他组滤池的工作负荷,使滤池滤速增加,影响滤后水水质。为能更好更快地解决故障、预防故障再次发生、保证安全生产,对该故障问题进行了研究。
The most commonmalfunctioninthe plant's three phase filter in the process of the operation is malfunction alerting of analog quantityand 304 valve. When there is malfunction,the operation of filter willstop. When the demand of water supply is largeor even full load operation,the longtimedisuse of filter not only has impact onwater supply, but also increases the work load of other filters, which increase thefiltering velocity and affect the water quality. Therefore,i,1 order to better and faster solve the failure,to prevent the occurrence of malfunctions and to ensure the safety of production, the article conducts the research on the problem of the above situation.
